BEPC's 2023 VBS program concluded today with a special Sunday Service and a picnic lunch and special activities after.

Pastor Brandt concluded the service with a message entitled "God Shows No Partiality" based on Acts 10:34-43 which focused on the idea that people of all races and nations are loved by God and need the Gospel. After the service, we had a picnic lunch of hotdogs, beans, chips, and watermelon in the Fellowship Hall.
While most of the adults quietly ate their lunch inside, the day continued with the children enjoying an inflatable bounce house on the front lawn of the church.
The children took turns jumping inside and then exiting by way of the slide to let others jun the fun inside. There were even a couple of adults who joined in the fun.
The final event of the afternoon was Pastor Brandt being "dunked" by the children as a reward for their raising over $590 for EduNations through offerings during the week. The line was long and the bucket had to be filled several times, with each child splashing a little more water on Pastor Brandt. I think no one enjoyed it more than Brandt's three boys!
