43 Ladies have Lunch and Tea

On Saturday, April 20th, forty-three women from the church and invited guests enjoyed a time of food, fellowship, and being encouraged by God's Word. The ladies gathered around tables of up to seven and shared happy memories using items on each table.

Marty and Faith coordinated the room decorations with vintage teapots, nice china, linens, and spring flowers. Five men from the Son Risers men's group served different kinds of quiche, tea, coffee, and two wonderful desserts.

Marty announced the next Ladies' Bible Study that will start on May 7th at the church. The study will meet each Tuesday at 2 PM.

Faith ended the time with a devotional from Lamentations talking about God being with us both during the times of laughter and also during harder times - the times of weeping.
