Final Spring Concert

Andrew Johnson

Don’t miss the final concert in our series celebrating the restoration of our church’s pipe organ this Sunday, May 5, at 6 PM. Andrew Johnson and Alden Wright, graduate students at the Eastman School of Music, have prepared a program well suited to our organ, featuring music by Bach, Elgar, Franck, Guilmant, Mendelssohn, and others; they will also lead the congregation in singing several hymns.


Andrew Johnson is a native of Bloomington, Illinois, he is currently pursuing a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in organ performance and literature at the Eastman School of Music, where he studies with David Higgs. Alden Wright

Alden Wright is a student at the Eastman School of Music, where he is currently pursuing a Master of Music degree in organ performance with Nathan Laube. Alden is a native of Salisbury, North Carolina. He is currently serving as Director of Music at Christ Church, Pittsford.


The concert is free and there is a reception following the performance. Please join us and invite a friend to join you!
