Bergen Community VBS

We were delighted to have so many children at the Bergen Community's Galaxy VBS at Bergen Evangelical Presbyterian and Bergen United Methodist Churches! We had a great time learning about how God loves us and how we can love others. We hope that each child enjoyed VBS as much as all our volunteers did!

Our VBS kids did an amazing job with our Projects with a Purpose mission projects. They assembled 20 birthday cake kits, 40 birthday care bags, and raised $75 to support this mission. These kits and care bags are going to be presented to our local foster care agencies to distribute to children and youth in foster care programs.

Additionally, the older children assembled "Jesus Love You" key chains to take home to keep or share as a reminder of God's love for them.

If your family doesn't have a church home, we invite you to visit either Bergen Evangelical Presbyterian or Bergen United Methodist Church on any Sunday! BEPC's worship begins at 10:30 am, and BUMC's worship begins at 10:00 am. Both churches have Sunday School classes beginning in September. Our church families would love to share the message of God's love with your family.
