Organ Renovation Nears Completion

The restoration of the organ is nearing completion. All the pipes and internal mechanics of the organ have been reinstalled in the church. Parsons is now working on the final tuning and voicing of each pipe.

On Thursday morning, Alden got a taste of the sound of the newly restored organ. His delight was obvious. He commented, “I have never heard the organ sound like this before!” We could be using the organ again sometime in the next couple of weeks.
