The 2025 Harvest Festival opened its doors at 6 pm, and the fellowship hall was full of noise and fun for the evening. Although it was a little damp, the rain had basically stopped, and we had lots of people who stopped by for food and fun. Young people and adults were greeted at the street and given candy and trinkets, and over one hundred New Testaments were given out.

Once they entered the fellowship hall, there were a variety of games, some done by people in our church and some done by Teens after God (TAG), Young Life, the Homeschool Co-op, and the Boy Scouts. There was a contest to guess the number of candy pieces in several different containers to win a Pizza from Ralph & Rosie’s. There was face painting and pumpkin decorating. And there was lots of food!

One of the new things this year was a room for the adults to sit, enjoy some “adult” food, and it would be a little quieter for talking.

Many thanks to Brandon and Dave Wright for all the planning that went into this event and for lots of people who helped make it a success.

See the November Vision Newsletter for more pictures and news about TAG and other activities of the church.
