Faith Like a Child

TAG (Teens after God) is booming, with an average attendance of around 30 people. What a blessing to see teens from multiple churches and denominations come together to study God’s word and discover His plan for their lives! Our group continues to work through the book of Luke during our time of bible reading and reflection each week. We read and discussed Luke Chapter 10 verses 17-24 at our most recent meeting. Take a moment to read through those verses. As I have previously reported in my monthly newsletters, each week I challenge the teens to come up with a real-life application of the scripture read, which is relevant to them at this time in their lives. What the teens took away from our evening reflection was: “Have faith like a child, and rejoice like a child, because your name is written in the kingdom of Heaven!” Amen!!!

Our TAG youth group will be meeting in the Teen Room on the following Sundays from 6:00-8:00 pm: June 1 and June 15. Please keep all the teens of our group, and in Bergen, in your prayers. Continue to pray for God’s protection and guidance in their lives!
